It’s been a while now since taking possession of this home. During that time, I have been working with a professional designer to see how best to reconfigure the house so it’s both modern and functional. We will be taking the house down to the bricks and studs, so we are free to run wild with our imagination.
As mentioned previously, the home is very dated in finishings and layout. The rooms are compartmentalized, the closets are so small you might have trouble taking out what you put in, and the upstairs bathroom is so tight you need to climb into the tub to shut the door.
For now, here are some before photos for us to compare later when this whole project is complete. Exciting times ahead!
